Four projects where I ran the full UX process, research, definition, design and testing, not just the screens.

Challenge
Planning a group trip is chaos, options scattered across Skyscanner, Booking, Airbnb and WhatsApp, and no easy way to compare and decide together.
Process
Desk research, netnography, interviews and a survey; personas, empathy maps, journeys, benchmarking and MoSCoW; sitemap, wireframes, UI kit and a hi-fi prototype.
Outcome
TripSync, save links, turn them into cards, classify, vote and set a group budget. 94% onboarding success in testing; users found it useful, simple and different.

Challenge
Too many platforms and endless catalogues turn culture into decision fatigue, FOMO and autopilot watching. The problem isn't access, it's how to choose and enjoy.
Process
Design Sprint: sprint questions, three user profiles, and an opportunity framed around choosing by mood, energy and available time instead of impersonal algorithms.
Outcome
MODO, you log mood + energy + time and get a short, intentional recommendation. Tested with 18 users: 100% task success and 81% found it very easy.

Challenge
A coastal guesthouse site with low contrast, weak hierarchy and an inconsistent experience across devices, hard to read and to navigate.
Process
A quick UX audit surfaced the issues; I redesigned around WCAG 2.1 AA, contrast, type scale, structure and navigation, with a Before/After comparison.
Outcome
A warmer, more readable and accessible experience: clearer hierarchy, simpler navigation and a layout that truly adapts across devices.

Challenge
A master's brief: reduce cognitive overload at work using AI across the Google ecosystem, notifications, meetings and scattered information.
Process
Group Design Thinking with a survey (n=50): insights on notification fatigue and cognitive overload, then a MoSCoW-prioritised dashboard concept.
Outcome
A centralised AI dashboard concept, compact assistant, smart prioritisation and data visualisation, designed to lighten the daily digital load.

I didn't start in design.
I started with people.
For years I worked in sales, face to face with clients, and that taught me something no tool can: how to truly listen to what people need.
Then I found UX/UI, and later learned to build in code. Today I design intuitive, accessible products in Figma, and bring them to life myself with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Component-based development to create modern and scalable user interfaces.
Integrating AI tools into my design and development workflow.
Expanding my frontend knowledge while exploring backend technologies to build complete web applications.
Understanding users, context, behaviours and goals.
Finding patterns, pain points and opportunities.
Turning insights into clear problems and priorities.
Mapping flows, content and information architecture.
Shaping the experience before visual design.
Creating accessible, responsive and consistent interfaces.
Validating interactions and improving through feedback.
Bringing selected experiences to life in Framer or front-end code.
Research → wireframes → prototypes → interfaces that are usable and accessible.
From Figma to responsive HTML, CSS & JavaScript, a real, live product.
Connecting user needs, business goals and technical possibilities.
